Terms & Conditions
All the rights to the prints and wedding designs belong to Luxe Eleven. Logo artwork within Luxe Eleven shop are sold more than once, the buyer has permission to use on web and print but must not sell or distribute in any other way. Bespoke logo design we create at the request of a client belong to the client.
Delivery
Delivery may vary dependant on product. Please see individual items for delivery times. We do offer a range of delivery services however if you are looking for a specific service please contact me prior to ordering as prices may differ.
Damaged goods
Prints - We appreciated it this may happen in the post, just let us know if something has arrived damaged we will send out a replacement as quickly as we can. Delivery may vary depending on the product.
Wedding Stationary - We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition however if it's arrived damaged we are happy to replace providing a photo is supplied and details of the item(s) that are not in pristine condition. This is so we can feedback to our printers and arrange a quick delivery of any replacements.
Please note all items are checked before packed up and posted, we take great care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.
Cancellation & Refunds
Standard orders - If you have ordered an item and change your mind prior to being processed we will refund in full. Please note orders will be processed quickly after ordering, usually within 1 working day. Due to the nature of bespoke items we cannot refund once the item has been designed/approved or printed.
Wedding Stationery - If you cancel your order once it's been printed you will not receive a refund. If you cancel your full order once it's been designed/approved but prior to printed we will refund 50% of your total cost. If you need to cancel a specific item off your order once it's been designed/approved but prior to printing you will be refunded 50% of that items total cost. If you cancel your order prior to any work being carried out you will receive a full refund.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke ordering timescales do vary, please contact me in advance to check on this if you require
your order quickly. If a bespoke order has been approved and printed the order is non refundable.
You will always receive a proof for a bespoke order, it is your responsibility to check this over
prior to approval, Luxe Eleven cannot be held responsible for any errors. However i do approecite that these things happy so i'll be happy to arrange an amended print for a small fee.

Third Party orders:
Luxe Eleven cannot be held responsible for any item not owned by us. Please see Third Party T&Cs for any queries, complaints and/or refunds/cancellations.
Prices and Service
Luxe Eleven may make changes to the website and information provided, i.e. publications, prices, technical specifications, promotions and product offerings at any time and without notice.
Luxe Eleven remains the sole owner of all print designs and all elements of wedding stationary.
